"Do I need a gym membership for your training?"If you want to build muscle, you should already have a gym available. If you just want to lose weight, for example, a gym membership is not absolutely necessary.

"Do I need to have experience in weight training?"No, you don't have to! If you have little or no experience in weight training, you've come to the right place. Together with me, you'll quickly achieve results and lay the foundation for a lasting dream body.

"How long will it take until I see results?"It all depends on you. I have clients who see noticeable results after three weeks, while others take longer. What I can guarantee is that if you follow my instructions with discipline, you will quickly see great results!

"How does a typical coaching session work for you?"A typical session begins with a quick check-in to see how you are feeling and what has happened since our last meeting. We then focus on the issues that are important to you, develop strategies and try exercises that will bring you closer to your goal. At the end of a coaching session, we agree on your next steps that you will take until the next coaching session.
