"I learned a lot from both scenarios"
Some people find it difficult to gain mass (muscle), others find it difficult to lose weight (fat). In fact, I have experienced both “problems” myself. When I started weight training at 15, I was comparatively thin. It took a long time for me to really gain weight. After four to five years, I really became more muscular and bulky. At age 20 and 21, things were different: I gained mass and fat quickly, I was always hungry, and dieting was difficult for me. During this time, I worked intensively on the right diet for successful nutrition. I am now muscular and broad, but still defined - exactly what I wanted to achieve. From both scenarios, I learned a lot about fitness and even more about nutrition. Today, I know exactly what to do in both situations in terms of nutrition and training.
